Meet the new and very proud owners of Crown Cottage situated in Howell - Phil Humberstone and Anne Berry.Although the cottage was in a very poor state of disrepair, the location, the potential and their enthusiasm has outweighed the hardwork which will be necessary to restore this cottage to an idyllic and much loved home.
Phil & Anne approached Kuno Jackson Building in winter 2009 to inspect the property on their behalf with a view to estimating a budget cost for a full renovation and extension.
However, their enthusiasm was tested to the limit when they received the budget costs but after much discussion and reassurance from us - we got the green light!
